  5. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to track your package's journey. You can track your shipment directly through Canada Post's website.

  6. Delivery Issues: Highlands Bikes is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
